This page is the living CV: the summary, the capabilities, the full career record and the results, all on one crawlable page rather than in a PDF.
The short version
My career runs from field sales in Karachi to global brand leadership in London. That arc taught me the two things I hold to most: the consumer truth reigns supreme, and nothing in marketing is real until it shows up in the P&L.
I am known for a specific position: in low-involvement categories, pricing power, revenue growth management and availability beat conventional brand-building. And I treat AI the same way I treat any marketing investment. If it cannot show commercial impact, it is theatre, and I do not do theatre.
AI in practice
I do not commentate on AI. I implement it. Capabilities I have personally built and deployed:
- Digital twin of a brand consumer. A queryable AI model trained on usage and segmentation data. Research that took weeks now takes a day.
- Synthetic audiences. Segment-specific panels back-tested against prior IPSOS CreativeSpark results, so only the strongest creative routes go to paid testing.
- Synthetic consumer panel for positioning. Scored 12 positioning territories in three weeks, compressing a quarter of fieldwork.
- In-house AI content production. Asset turnaround cut from three weeks to two days; agency costs down 30%.
- AI-based creative evaluation. Used at Reckitt to score creative before spend; improved social ROAS by 23%.
- Answer-engine optimisation, in market. Restructured a brand site to surface in the top five answers on AI search engines, cutting paid acquisition costs.
- Toolset: LLMs, marketing-mix modelling, automation (Make.com, Airtable, n8n) and AI agents. Credentials include Vanderbilt's "Agentic AI for Leaders" and the Kaggle AI Agents Intensive.
